Obituary
Robert (“Bob”) W. Scott, 85, of Hopewell Twp., died peacefully in Chapel Hill, NC on Sunday, December 10th. Born March 10, 1938, Sewickley, he was the son of the late Theodore (Sklarsky) Scott and Helen Duncan Capp. A life-long resident of Beaver County, Pennsylvania, he spent many years as a foreman at Jones and Laughlin Steel, Aliquippa Works. Following his career in the steel industry, he became the owner of South Heights Super, a local business that thrived under his guidance. In retirement, he was an avid golfer and reader. Surviving are two daughters, Kristin Caruana Scott and Marc Caruana, Carrboro, NC; Courtney Scott Miller and Nicholas Reis, Cinnaminson, NJ, two grandchildren, Alec and Lindsay Caruana, and a sister, Barbara Perciavalle. He is also survived by numerous cousins and nephews of the Jula and Vladuchick families. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Andrea J. (Jula) Scott.
