Advance Care Planning and a game of Go Wish
Advance Care Planning and a game of Go Wish

Come to this hands-on workshop to play the Go Wish card game, learn about the Five Wishes form and other types of living wills, and have some lively conversation about how health care is supposed to work out... and how it often plays out in real life.
